How long does a full matter take?

Timing quoted on this site refers to a typical mid-sized matter on the recommended workstation. Larger files take proportionally longer — it is reading everything, and that is the point.

Does someone have to organise the folder first?

No. Classification and triage happen on ingest; that is part of the work rather than a prerequisite for it.

What if documents will not extract?

It reports them. A file that read 80% complete because two exhibits failed to extract is a materially different result from one that read everything, and the caveat travels with the percentage.

Can we re-run it as the file grows?

Yes, and only what changed is re-read. New documents update the workup rather than requiring a fresh start.
