Evidence analysis · Litigation
Evidence analysis that shows you the exact words.
Source analysis reads every exhibit in the case file and ties each finding to the passage it came from. If it cannot point to the words, it does not make the finding.
What it reads in a case file
Footage, photographs and the documents submitted with them, read on your machine.
Documents
Reports, records, statements, pleadings and correspondence, sorted on arrival so a production becomes a structured record.
Video
Dashcam, CCTV and bodycam footage, with people, vehicles and objects followed through it.
Images
Photos and scans, read alongside the documents they were produced with.
Your notes
Notes and labels attach to the evidence and stay linked to it through to the finished matter file.

Request a BriefingFinding contradictions in the case file
The statements that cannot both be true are usually the ones a case turns on.
Between witnesses
Accounts compared statement against statement, each conflict flagged with both real sentences side by side.
Across the timeline
Dates assembled into a chronology, each entry carrying the document behind it, so a gap or an overlap is visible.
Against the exhibits
What a witness says, checked against what the footage, the photograph or the record shows.
Events, logged
Each logged event is pinned to its source frame, image or page, so you can jump straight to the moment.
No finding without its source
A result you cannot trace is a result you have to redo.
Every observation HIGHCOURT makes carries the exhibit and the exact words or frame it came from, so checking it takes seconds rather than a re-read of the file.
Before the work reaches you, HC Critic reads it a second time, and The Adjudicator tests every citation, quotation and claim against the record.
Questions firms ask, and the honest answers.
Does the evidence leave the firm?
No. Everything is read on the firm’s own workstation, which is designed to run with no internet connection at all. Nothing is uploaded for analysis.
What file types can it read?
PDF, Word, email exports and scanned material with OCR, as well as video and images. Where text cannot be extracted, it says so rather than reporting an empty document as clean.
How does it find contradictions?
Statements across documents that cannot both be true are flagged with both real sentences, so a flag is checkable at a glance.
How large a case file can it handle?
It is built for whole matters. Run time scales with the record and the hardware, so a very large production takes proportionally longer.
Does it decide what the evidence proves?
No. It reads, logs and links. The judgment about what the evidence means stays with the attorney, and your notes stay attached to the exhibits they concern.
