How current is the local corpus?

It is updated through the same deliberate delivery path as the software. Currency is a function of how often the firm applies those updates, which is the firm's own choice.

Does this replace Westlaw or Lexis?

It removes the dependency for the research and verification HIGHCOURT does. Whether a firm keeps a commercial subscription for other purposes is a separate decision, and many will.

What happens when a citation cannot be verified?

It is marked unverified and stays marked. Silently promoting an unverified citation to a verified one is the specific failure the design refuses to make.

Is Shepardising or citator work covered?

Treatment signals are computed from the local corpus. As with everything else here, the answer carries the authority it came from.
