Immigration · Identity documents in-house
Identity documents that should never be uploaded.
Passports, asylum declarations and family records concern people whose safety can depend on the file staying where it is.
What an immigration file needs
Assembly, consistency and completeness across a large evidence package.
Evidence package assembly
Documents organised against the requirements of the petition, with what is missing named.
Consistency across declarations
Dates and accounts checked across statements and forms — the inconsistency that sinks a credibility finding.
Chronology of status and entries
Immigration history assembled from the record, with the document behind each entry.
Drafting on firm templates
Briefs and cover letters on the firm's own precedent, cited to the evidence in the file.
What stays true on every matter
These do not change by practice area, firm size, or the question asked.
Bring a package you have already assembled.
The test is whether it finds the inconsistency or the missing exhibit before a decision-maker does.

The answers below are specific to this page’s subject.
Why does offline matter here in particular?
Asylum and humanitarian files contain material that can put people at risk. Keeping it on firm-owned hardware with no outbound path is a meaningful protection, not a marketing point.
Does it complete forms?
It assembles and checks the evidence and drafts the narrative documents. Form completion and filing remain the firm's process.
Can it read documents in other languages?
It reads the record it is given. Translation remains a certified human task, and it will not silently treat an untranslated document as read.
Does it handle country conditions material?
Yes, as part of the evidence package, with citations back to the source documents.
